Happiness at the lake is a small, picturesque cove-- at least we think so!

We have an exceptionally beautiful lot filled with mountain laurel, hardwoods and a few pine.  Three and a half acres gives children and dogs lots of room to play and it provides privacy and space for everyone.  Our home, just steps away from the lake, is on a flat lot overlooking a lovely cove with easy access to the water, safe swimming and good fishing.  This has been both a summer and now a permanent home for us for the past thirty-three years.  The center portion of the house built in the 60's has been rewired with new windows and insulation.  The additions on either end are between ten and fifteen years old.  We love the hot tub room but if that doesn't work for you then it could easily be converted to another bedroom.
